Our story
Started by a brother, for his brother
“I had a younger brother who lived with autism. Before he passed away, he asked me to continue what I had started with him — caring for and supporting people living with disability. I promised him that I would.”
That promise is why KN Care Plus exists. Read Khaled's story in his own words.

Common questions
Cannot see your question? Call us on 0435 785 828.
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a government scheme. It pays for supports that help people with disability do everyday things and work towards their goals.
What does plan-managed mean?
It means a plan manager pays your invoices for you. You can also be self-managed, where you pay them yourself, or NDIA-managed, where the NDIA pays them. We can work with any of these. If you are not sure which one you have, we can help you check.
Do I need an NDIS plan to call you?
No. You can call us to ask questions at any time. If you do not have a plan yet, we can point you to the NDIS and to your local area coordinator.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Mostly Melbourne's north: Roxburgh Park, Craigieburn, Broadmeadows and nearby suburbs. We travel further across greater Melbourne by arrangement. Ask us about your suburb.
Can I choose my support worker?
We ask what you want first: the language you speak at home, whether you would prefer a man or a woman, and what you like doing. We then match you with a worker. If it is not the right fit, tell us and we will change it.
Looking for support work?
We are building a small team across Melbourne's north. Arabic speakers are very welcome. You will need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a current police check. [Current vacancies — to be confirmed]
Ready to start, or just want to ask?
Call us and talk to a person, or send a short referral. Participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers and LACs are all welcome.
